Recipe: Chia & Quinoa Crisps

Ingredients

  • 200 grams quinoa seeds
  • 100 grams chia seeds
  • 140 ml water
  • Sesame seeds to taste

Directions

Grind quinoa and chia seeds together to form flour. (Thermomix users: grind for 30 seconds on speed 9.)

Mix all ingredients together. (Thermomix users: mix for 6 seconds on speed 6.)

Pinch off dough in small amounts and roll into balls between palms of hands.

Using a rolling pin, roll out balls very thinly in circle shapes between two layers of plastic.

Bake in oven at 200°C, or in sandwich press, until lightly browned.
