Recipe: Chia Hot Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 5 tablespoons of oats
  • 1/2 banana, sliced or diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of agave nectar (OR 4 teaspoons of sugar)
  • 5 chopped walnuts
  • 30 ml of coconut milk (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Bring one cup of water to the boil.

Add all ingredients to water.

Stir for about 5 minutes, or until it is a nice texture.

Pour coconut milk over it and serve.
